My name is Nasim Vahdat
Born and raised in Europe with a Middle Eastern heritage, I’ve lived in the U.S. and across Latin America, bringing a truly global perspective to real estate. With an MBA and over 20 years as a business consultant and coach, I now specialize in personalized real estate for international clients.
Fluent in English, German, Farsi, Spanish, and basic Portuguese, I bridge cultures and create meaningful connections with clients from around the world.
For me, the world is one country and humanity its citizen. That belief inspires how I connect with buyers and sellers worldwide—helping them find not just a property, but a place to belong.
